Shipping Information

Orders are normally shipped from our warehouse in Aurora, Colorado within 48 business hours after credit card authorization. Allow 3 to 7 working days for delivery. Allow extra time during holidays. We currently ship to continental U.S. only.

Return Policy 

If for any reason you need to return an item, email us for a Return Authorization number at support@cutegiftstore.com . Returns will be accepted within 45 days from order date. All returns must come in the original condition and packaging with invoice. We are not responsible for returned items lost during shipping. The customer will be responsible for both-way shipping costs unless the order is incorrect or defective/damaged. If you receive an incorrect or defective/damaged item, contact us immediately and we will send you a replacement promptly.

We offer free ground shipping for purchase over $100; however, if any return disqualifies your order from free shipping, we will deduct the appropriate shipping rate from the refund. (e.g. if your original purchase was $110 and you returned an item that was $20, your actual order would only be $90. We will need to deduct $8.95 shipping fee from the refund.)

We collect your information for the purpose of billing and fulfilling your order, and/or contacting you regarding your order if necessary. Your information is safe with us. We do not sell or exchange any information about our customers.
